Introduction to Palatinux
Palatinux can be considered as the guardian and servant of Fortress Linux who protects your computer against malware, hacks, intruders and many other threats.
Secure, monitor, configure and update your system, Fortress Keys and other Fortress Linux systems on a network with the Palatinux management tool which defaults the system to the most secure settings for storing and transmitting top secret information in every circumstance.
Palatinux can install Fortress Linux on a single encrypted partition, divided into multiple LVM partitions and add new and manage existing encrypted harddisk partitions, CD's/DVD's and removable media. All access keys and passwords can be stored safely on the Fortress Key for easy management.
An up-to-date blacklist of malicious IP addresses and software keeps known online threats at bay and every new threat will be blocked,
logged and banned permanently from the system when detected by the smart anti-intrusion system of Palatinux.
Communication among Fortress Linux systems are always secured by encryption and when the other computer does not support encryption or when anonymity is desired, you can connect to the TOR network for anonymous and encrypted communication.
Palatinux offers protection against malicious individuals who have physical access to your computer. If such a person tries to get unauthorized local access to an active system, Palatinux will switch into a total lockdown mode that is similar to unplugging your Fortress Key.
When the computer notices it is being opened or stolen, it will immediately shutdown the system and/or destroy all data and memory contents.
